2. Roles:     Customer = Controller; soolisAI = Processor.
3. Instructions:     We process only per your documented instructions.
4. Confidentiality:     Staff authorized with confidentiality obligations.
5. Security:     Technical measures per industry standards (private models, encryption).
6. Sub-processors:     List available on request; general authorization with notice of changes.
7. Data     Subject Rights: We assist with requests.
8. Audits:     Assistance with audits/DPIAs.
9. Deletion/Return:     At contract end, delete or return data.
10. International     Transfers: SCCs incorporated (EU Commission 2021/914).
11. Liability:     Per applicable law.
